REFUND POLICY
Thank you for your purchase from FreeFlow! We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Return Period:
We offer a 30-day return period during which customers can return their package without giving any reason. This 30-day period begins when the package is received. Please ensure that the return shipment is sent back to us within these 30 days.
Return Conditions:
All items must be returned to us in an unworn, unwashed condition, with no signs of wear or use, suitable for resale, with all tags still attached. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Before returning any item, customers must contact our customer support team at support@freeflowvibe.com to receive return instructions.
NOTE:
For sale items, FreeFlow does not provide refunds. The items can only be exchanged (only if they came damaged) for another item from the collection or redeemed for store credit.
For 1+1 offers, both items must be returned together. We cannot provide a refund or store credit if only one of the two items is returned. However, items in the 1+1 deal can be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product. If you wish to exchange only one of the items, please return only the one you wish to exchange and keep the other.
Return Costs:
Returns are at your cost, depending on the courier and the country from which you are returning the package.
Return Processing Time:
If you indicate that you wish to exchange a product when registering your return, we will immediately begin processing it. This ensures that your exchange is completed within a few days.
We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return at our warehouse, we will process it within 10 working days. You can track when the package has arrived at our warehouse using the tracking information you receive with your return shipment. The 10 working days begin from that point. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a notification. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to be visible in your bank account.

What can I do if my exchange product is no longer available?
Please contact our customer service team for available options. We will provide an update on when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If you have already initiated your return and the product is out of stock, we will contact you and work with you to find a solution.
Where can I find my order number to register my return?
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email received after placing your order. This is a five-digit code. If you did not receive this email, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
What should I do if a product is delivered defective or damaged?
Unfortunately, sometimes a product may be damaged during shipping or production. We are happy to resolve this issue for you. Please send an email to support@freeflowvibe.com with a photo of the defect. Our customer service team will work with you as quickly as possible to find a solution.
What should I do if I want to return my order after the return period?
Please ensure your return is sent within the 30-day period before the return deadline expires. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, we offer the option to exchange the product for a replacement or a store voucher. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your options.
