Delivery Times
Estimated Delivery: 4–7 business days
Processing Time: 1–2 business days for dispatch

All our products are directly shipped from our warehouse abroad with our supplier.

Please be aware of potential delays due to holidays and strikes. Since the order fits through the mailbox in most countries, you don’t need to stay home for delivery.

Address information
It’s important to provide accurate information when checking out. Please ensure you enter a real and complete first and last name, without using a company name. Incomplete or incorrect names can lead to inspection at customs and affect the delivery time of your package. It can also result in the loss of packages, for which we cannot be held responsible.

Ensure you enter your address correctly. Once we have shipped your package (within 2 days) we cannot make any changes.

Customs costs
We take care of all customs costs, so you are not faced with unexpected costs.

Cancellation
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order according to our refund policy.
